Louise Curnow
Louise Curnow is a South London based actress who trained at The Bridge Theatre Training Company and graduated with a postgraduate diploma in professional acting in July 2025. Her career started as a teenager performing at The Greenwich Young Peoples Theatre in South London and then went on to study at Rose Bruford College. She returned to acting three years ago, taking classes before joining the Bridge Theatre Training Company.
Louise loves playing strong, quirky and fearless women often with an underlying vulnerability. Recent credits at the Cockpit Theatre include The Toby in Market Boy and The Ghost in Hamlet bringing a unique female twist to traditionally male roles. A memorable moment was performing at the Criterion Theatre playing Meg Boles in a scene from The Birthday Party by Harold Pinter and singing That's Life for the Bridge Theatre Training Company Showcase.
Her other skills include training in Jacques Le Coq (Physicality of Movement), screen acting and Meisner Technique. She is also classically trained in voice (Cicely Berry) and skilled in Yorkshire, RP, American and Liverpool with Cockney being her native accent. She has recently participated in extra workshops including Voice Over (commercial and gaming) and Shakespeare with and RSC casting director.
