Eliza Dobson is a dynamic and versatile actress with a passion for bringing complex characters to life across stage and screen. Eliza grew up in Stockton-On-Tees, and has performed since the age of 2.
Knowing all she wanted to do is perform, Eliza moved to London at 16 years old and attended The BRIT School, she then continued her studies earning a degree at BIMM London. During this training Eliza has developed a deep understanding of character development, emotional depth, and strong physicality. Eliza brings a genuine authenticity to every role, drawing from a diverse range of life experiences that enrich their performances. Whether portraying the hero, the antagonist, or the relatable girl next door, Eliza excels in creating compelling and memorable characters. Eliza also has a huge passion for music, Singing in many venues around the country, writing and releasing her own songs.
Credits include, Poppy in Grow up Grandad directed by Gordon Steel and Heather in Greatest Days directed by Coky Giedroyc. Eliza is known for her commitment to craft, professionalism, and collaborative spirit on set, ensuring every project benefits from her energy, focus, and dedication.
When not performing, Eliza is passionate about reading, listening to vinyls, writing poetry and meeting with family and friends. Eliza lives by the mantra “be warm, be northern, be you”.
